" Wow, what amazing resources. I am a new grad in SNF and the documentation is killing me along with needing additional ideas for tx. You knocked it out of the park with a much needed resource. Incredibly grateful.”
“You are saving my life with your program. It is the best money I have ever invested!”
"I woke up to a work email today regarding my documentation. I am so excited I had an excellent review. I am grateful to have stumbled upon Note Ninjas because it has really impacted the quality of my notes! Thank you!"
"The Balance Treatment guide is amazing! I have received so many compliments on my documentation and showing skilled treatments. It provides many easy to implement balance activities with downgrades and progressions for each! I highly recommend!"
"I purchased the treatment guide a few weeks ago and can honestly say that it’s changed both my documentation and approach to aspects of treatment. My favorites are the ADL guide and transfer guide. Both have helped me break down the key aspects of various tasks into their component parts to incorporate into treatments in an inpatient rehab setting. Not only that but also the key elements for documenting these preparatory activities to justify to insurance and better help the next therapist understand the patients strengths and weaknesses. Well worth the purchase!"
"I can't share enough good things about my purchase of the guides and membership. Often times, I have found myself coming back to the balance tab on the membership site, as many of my clients want to remain independent in their home, but have fallen victim to falls. The videos offer wonderful intervention ideas with clear and concise documentation examples, that have provided me with confidence in my work. My biggest goal is always remaining client centered and occupation based, and these guides and my membership provide this. My clients and I thank you both!"
“Thanks so much for putting together this guide. It has been helpful with the photos and prompts for documentation. I recently purchased the ADL guide as well and both have given me “Ah Ha” moments by triggering more ideas and/or ways to make my documentation more concise. Both guides have helped get me out of my rut so, thank you, thank you!
"First, I just wanted to thank you both for the tremendous work you have put into The Note Ninjas! Documentation, for me, has always been a challenging and time-consuming endeavor. Your resources are a game-changer"
“Hi! I signed up for the membership pretty much when it first came out because I was so excited for more tips. I appreciate all your hard work to help us, as documentation is the worst part of physical therapy, but yet it’s the only part of the job (it seems) that insurance cares about.”
“I love your membership and what it has to offer. I struggle with the perfect "note" and you ladies have helped me create a template that I am able to reference quickly to complete my documentation. I appreciate all your tips and hints especially when it comes to working with clients with dementia as this is my primary population. Thanks again!”
"I've been in occupational therapy for 10 years and I was definitely feeling a bit burned out lately. I came across your page and it reminded me of when I stated out, eager and wanting to make a positive impact on people's lives. Thank you for reigniting that new grad OT spark in this old salty therapist! You guys are doing a great job, love all the treatment ideas but especially how to document skill behind it!"
" Just bought the ADL guide. WOW this is amazing! I honestly could cry, I'm so excited to have treatment ideas at my fingertips that are the SPECIFIC ADLs and addressing different components of tasks. It's really nice to have it organized this way, as opposed to a long list of random treatment ideas that are hard to understand how they relate to specific functional goals or when to use them. So so pleased. Thank you."
"Just wanted to say I'm a new PTA (graduated in May) and LOVE your page!! My much older colleagues compliment and copy my documentation, and a lot of it from the help of this page! That being said...keep the PT relevant content coming!!"
"I love everything about thenoteninjas. The blogs with relevant links, the tips for notes, goals, what and how to write stuff to justify our reasons for being therapists. Keep it all coming!"
“I was hesitant to return to work after being a SAHM for several years mostly because of my documentation fears. I knew I could jump back into my role as a therapist but dreaded the thought of spending time at home in the evenings working on paperwork that I knew I wouldn’t have time to finish at work. I thought about compiling a basic document for documenting services that I could just edit for each patient. As I started researching good documentation, I found the Note Ninjas! They had already done all the work I had planned on doing and way more. I purchased a couple of their guides, and then I decided to dive in and buy the membership. I look forward to the new information they are continually putting out!”

"All of your guides have really helped me and have made it more enjoyable to go to work."
"Just wanted to let you guys know how much I love this Instagram page! As a soon to be graduate who plans to work with the geriatric population, this page is providing me with SO much insight in regards to patient care & treatment ideas as well as reassurance as to why I am choosing to work with this population! Thank you and keep up the great work!" -@kellybelly137
"I am so happy I ordered your balance guide, not only did it give me different ideas to try but it also improved my documentation" -@Ipta_tina88
