When you purchase The Note Ninja Membership or The Pediatric Series, you acknowledge and accept that these are subscription-based services with recurring payments.  By checking off the customer agreement, you agree to have read through this policy and agree to the terms.

By subscribing, you gain access to a comprehensive library of resources tailored to enhance your skills in physical and occupational therapy. Our monthly or annual subscription options are designed to provide continuous updates and new materials, ensuring you always have the latest and most effective tools at your fingertips. 

*Please be aware that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Your payment details will be stored securely. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

This series serves as an essential resource for those working with individuals ages 0-17 years old in various therapeutic settings. 

Geared towards both novice and transitioning therapists, both the Note Ninja Membership and Pediatric Series encompass a wide array of resources, research, and instructional materials. They cater effectively to those initiating their professional journey or pivoting to new areas of clinical practice. With the extensive collection of documentation examples, treatment ideas, and clinical strategies, both subscriptions are a pivotal resource for therapists aspiring to refine their expertise.

While invaluable for foundational and mid-level professional development in PT and OT, The Note Ninja Membership doesn't primarily cater to advanced practice needs. Our core objective is to equip early-career or transitioning therapists with essential skills for documentation and implementing various treatment strategies, bolstering their proficiency in varied clinical settings.

Private Community

Joining The Note Ninja Membership or Pediatric Series grants you entry into a private community group, a space for OTs, PTs, assistants, and students to connect and support each other, particularly when working with varied patient groups or facing common professional hurdles. Note Ninja experts may occasionally contribute insights and support to the group, but immediate responses to posts or consistent inbox monitoring are not guaranteed. While we encourage active participation, please be aware that the group's availability and content are subject to change.

Policy on Using Our Documentation Examples

When utilizing our documentation templates, including copy and paste examples, members must modify these resources to accurately reflect the specific treatment and skills provided, as well as the unique characteristics and needs of each patient. Each member needs to personalize these templates to ensure they are consistent with the actual care provided and comply with all relevant professional standards and regulations. Please be aware that it is your professional responsibility to be informed about your state's practice act and any specific insurance requirements applicable to your patients. Failure to customize documentation to these standards could lead to inaccuracies in patient records and potential non-compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations. As a licensed professional, you are responsible for ensuring that all documentation accurately represents the care you provide and meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to any one of our memberships, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Content Usage: The content provided as part of the membership is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be construed as professional advice. Any use of this information is at your own risk.
2. No Guarantee of Results: The effectiveness of the information and resources provided can vary based on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of using our membership services.
3. Follow Your State Rules and Practice Act:  You acknowledge the importance of adhering to the specific rules and regulations set forth by your state's Practice Act. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our resources complies with the legal and professional standards applicable in your jurisdiction. This includes adhering to all local guidelines and regulations that govern your practice, ensuring that you provide the highest standard of care, and maintaining the integrity of your professional conduct.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: Subscribers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time through their account. Should you encounter any issues while attempting to cancel, don't hesitate to contact us at thenoteninjas@gmail.com for assistance. Additionally, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the initial date of purchase for those who are not completely satisfied with their experience. It is the customer's responsibility to place a cancellation request prior to the billing date.  If you submit this request after the charges were made and you are past your initial 14 days of purchase, please note that we are not obligated to issue refunds. This policy applies to both The Note Ninja Membership and the Pediatric Series.
5. Free Trials:  Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your membership trial, you must do so before the trial period ends. Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at thenoteninjas@gmail.com.  Billing Policy: At the end of the trial period, if you have not canceled your membership, your account will be automatically billed for the full monthly membership fee. We are not obligated to issue refunds if the membership is not canceled before the end of the trial period. If you no longer wish to continue with the membership, please ensure you cancel before the trial period concludes to avoid any charges.
6. Intellectual Property Rights: All content provided as part of the membership, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of our organization. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republishing of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Membership Services: Upon joining the membership, your subscription rate will be secured and remain unchanged. In the event of any price adjustments, we guarantee a minimum of 14 days' notice. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel and later rejoin, the original subscription rate may no longer be available. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our membership services, including content and pricing, at any time without prior notice.
8. Bonuses: The bonuses offered as part of our membership are subject to change, and are aligned with our ongoing promotions and updates. As a member, you'll have access to these exclusive bonuses, but it's important to understand that they may vary over time. Additionally, if you decide to cancel your membership, you will lose access to not only the main membership content but also all of the bonus materials previously available to you.
9. Non-Solicitation and Confidentiality Agreement: As a member, you acknowledge and agree that during your membership period and for six months thereafter, you will not utilize any confidential information obtained through your membership for commercial purposes. This includes a prohibition on soliciting or attempting to entice away any of our current or prospective members, whether through social media "Friend Requests" or any other means. Furthermore, you agree not to engage, in any capacity, with a business entity that competes or aims to compete directly with our services. This commitment helps protect the proprietary and confidential nature of the information and relationships established through our membership program.
10. Complaints and Questions: Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with the Note Ninja Membership and/or Pediatric Series. We highly value your feedback and are constantly striving to enhance the quality of our services. If you have any concerns or complaints about the Membership, please submit them in writing to thenoteninjas@gmail.com.  Your input is crucial for us to maintain and improve our service standards.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Under the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any harm resulting from your participation in the Membership is limited. We are not responsible for any damages, including lost profits, whether arising from warranty, contract, malpractice, tort, or any other legal grounds, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of liability on our part related to your use of the Membership, our maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid to us for the Membership in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms do not limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

By agreeing to these terms, you commit to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our team, including subcontractors and employees, from any third-party claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these terms, any laws, or rights of a third party.

Expert Session Policy

1. Frequency of Sessions: The number of expert sessions may vary. We aim to provide a balanced schedule, but the exact frequency is subject to change based on availability and planning.
2. Expert Privacy: Respect for our experts' privacy is paramount. Please refrain from sharing their personal information or contacting them outside the structured sessions unless otherwise specified.
3. Platform Usage: Sessions are primarily held via Zoom. However, we reserve the right to change the platform as needed to enhance the experience or for logistical reasons.
4. Recording Consent: All sessions will be recorded for educational and promotional purposes. We will be adding these recordings to our membership into a folder for future viewing.  By participating, you consent to being recorded.  You have the option to turn off your camera.  
5. Conduct and Removal: We maintain a respectful and constructive environment. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the session at our discretion.
